Shipping

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we can ship your order anywhere you desire . There is an international shipping fee of 350฿ (≃10$) for a single item plus 100฿ (≃3$) for each additional items.

IMPORTANT : since july 2021, all packages to Europe (E.U.) may be subjected to customs duties, so the receiver might get a letter and be asked for custom taxes.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We send every order by Thaipost airmail with tracking number.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We send the items within 2-3 working days. For international, it takes usually 15/21 days to reach North America or Europe (can take more because of the pandemic or the package being hold for custom duties). For Australia, it can take up to 30 days. Shipping within Thailand takes about 2/3 days.

Is My Jewelry Safe During Shipping?

Yes. We send every order in a hard package so that it reaches you in perfect condition.

Can I Send My Order To Somebody As a Gift?

Yes. You can select the shipping address and add a note for us on the checkout page. If you want to send it with a message for your loved one, just write in the note and we’ll send it on a beautiful gift card handmade by Bulan.

How Do I Track My Order?

After your order has been sent, we send you a shipping confirmation e-mail. It contains a tracking number that you can follow here : Thaipost or in any other parcel tracking website. For more safety, you can optionally give us a telephone number during checkout to add on the parcel.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept payments with Credit Cards as well as bank transfers. Credit Card Payments are secured by Stripe which requests a fee of 3%

Can I Pay In My Own Currency?

We accept payments in different currencies that you can select in the shop/item pages: Thai ฿, US $,Euro €, etc… The exchange rate will be set by Stripe.

How do I place an Order?

You can place your order by adding Items to your Cart then proceed to Checkout, fill the form and select your payment method.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can place an order without having an account on our website. On the Checkout page you will be asked if you want to create one, which is optional.

Does The Jewelry Come In a Gift Box ?

Yes. Each item arrives in an elegant gift box, ready to be offered.

Do the pendants come with a necklace?

Yes. By default, each pendant comes on a black nylon cord necklace ⌀2.5mm.

Can I return an Item?

In case of faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of them.

If you are not fully satisfied with the goods and wish to return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unworn and be sent back in the original condition.
Refund will be issued after the item received and inspected.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning. The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Can I return a gift?

Items received as gifts may be exchanged for another item of equal or greater value. Please ensure that the item is returned in new and re-saleable condition within 7 business days from the delivery date of your order.
